Job TitleYacht Formalities Agent DepartmentOperations Department Office LocationLivorno Datefrom 02/04/2025 to 30/09/2025 (conductible) YOUR POSITION Within the Operational Department based in Livorno and Viareggio, you will integrate the luxury maritime environment as well as a dynamic team as a Yacht and Formalities Agent. You are the focal point for the implementation of current formalities procedures for our luxury clientele in accordance to their cruise schedule within the extended Tuscany area. You will regularly be in touch with international customers whose needs must be identified to provide the most appropriate solutions with care and professionalism. MAIN FORMALITY DUTIES - PRE-ARRIVAL 1/ Pre Arrival formalities, sanitary protocol, immigration & customs clearances - ARRIVAL & STAY 1/ Welcome vessel on site 2/ High-standard assistance regarding the formalities in the specific area 3/ Data entry & compliance for any necessary updates 4/ preparation of any services to be provided upon boat’s arrival - DEPARTURE 1/ Invoice entry & compliance for any necessary updates 2/ File & supporting documents handling to invoicing dpt within maximum 7 days after vessel’s departure (or according to delay specified by client) OFFICE DUTIES - To cross check of internal compliance tools; - To ensure the smooth running and achievement of daily formalities & customers’ requests adapting to the workflow; - To represent the company at its best (uniforms, personal hygiene, professionalism) - To complete the invoicing process (invoice collection for final bill upon departure) - Informations non-disclosure at all times; REQUIREMENTS - Previous experience in the yachting industry is a plus - English proficiency (written, spoken, read) & Italian (mandatory) - Confident with Microsoft Office - Flexibility (time, tasks, travels) - Driving license B (mandatory) - Living close to Livorno and/or its neighbourhoods YOUR PROFILE You are human relations oriented and you have a taste for luxury service. Dynamic and voluntary by nature, you are reactive and adaptable, always on time. You appreciate to work in a team and can also demonstrate initiative and organisation according to the priorities that arise on daily basis. You are resourceful and always ensure to maintain good relationships with the industry players in absolute confidentiality. SKILLS - Organization and time management - Communication skills (both verbal and written); - Capable of working independently and within a team; - Customer service Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato Durata contratto: 6 mesi Retribuzione: €1.300,00 - €1.500,00 al mese Benefit: - Cellulare aziendale - Computer aziendale Retribuzione supplementare: - Quattordicesima - Tredicesima Sede di lavoro: Di persona Data di inizio prevista: 02/04/2025
