Within the Finance Department of Qair Italia S.r.l., the Finance Director is responsible for the operational management of the company's financial activities, ensuring economic solidity, regulatory compliance, and supporting investment decisions in the renewable energy sector.

Supervise treasury, liquidity management, and relationships with banks and investors.
\n
Coordinate M&A; activities, project financing, and structuring of complex operations for new plants.
\n
Ensure regulatory and tax compliance, including financial risk management.
\n
Support the CEO and Board in strategic decisions and long-term planning.
\n
Lead the Finance team, promoting efficiency and process digitalization.
\n
Manage Facility operations to guarantee efficiency, safety, and sustainability of company premises.
\n
Manage & coordinate with HR to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development
\n
Manage and coordinate the Legal department to ensure compliance, corporate affairs and risk mitigation.
\n
Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; At least 10 years of experience in financial roles, including 5 as CFO or Finance Director.
\n
Background in energy, infrastructure, or renewable companies.
\n
At least 2 years of financial or investment consulting experience
\n
In-depth knowledge of project financing, investment tools, and tax regulations.
\n
Excellent command of ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
\n
Languages

Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written) are required. xpdaelo

Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
