1. Support the development and execution of integrated B2B and B2C marketing plans with clear objectives and measurable KPIs
2. Plan, manage, and optimise the social media calendar and campaigns across digital channels
3. Manage and coordinate campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and messaging platforms (Viber, WhatsApp, SMS)
4. Coordinate product launches, dealer events, demo days, and promotional activations
5. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement across leads, engagement, orders, and sales results
6. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities
Website & Digital Ownership (Marketing Perspective)
7. Coordinate the website from a marketing perspective, including content accuracy, campaign visibility, product presentation, and conversion support
8. Oversee product presentation and uploads to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution
9. Monitor marketing-related content on the website and highlight issues or improvement opportunities
10. Coordinate with website, e-commerce, and development teams regarding marketing-related updates and requirements
11. Contribute to improving user experience and conversion flow from a marketing perspective
Team, Outsourcing & Coordination
12. Coordinate marketing actions carried out by internal staff, agencies, freelancers, or external partners
13. Prepare briefs, follow up on deliverables, and evaluate execution quality and alignment with campaign objectives
14. Ensure consistency with brand standards, timelines, and agreed marketing priorities
15. Take responsibility for assigned projects, follow-through, and reporting on outcomes
CANDIDATE PROFILE
16. Previous experience in reservations, office administration, customer service, or tourism/marine industry will be considered an advantage.
17. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
18. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
19. Good computer skills (MS Office, email, booking systems).
20. Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.
21. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
