About the job
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in our High Efficiency Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger solutions within the Energy market (Oil & Gas, Petrochemistry & Refinery).
As a Key Account Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and expanding the project pipeline of key accounts in the energy industry.
* Understanding customer processes and proposing tailor-made solutions for our specialized Shell & Tube heat exchanger range.
* Building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Preparing and leading an optimized, competitive technical-commercial offer process in collaboration with internal teams.
* Monitoring market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
* Utilizing CRM and other sales platforms effectively to support the sales process, ensuring high-quality data for risk management and decision-making.
What you need to have
* 10+ years of technical sales experience in the Energy sector.
* Strong knowledge of Shell & Tube heat exchanger products and markets.
* An engineering degree (Mechanical, Process, or related field).
* Experience working with EPCs, Licensors, and end-users in complex project environments within the Energy sector.
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness to travel approximately 25% for customer visits and site support.
