Scope and qualify opportunities together with sales teams, identifying customer challenges and business driversDesign tailored Microsoft Modern Workplace and Cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra Suite, Security, IAM, Copilot, Power Platform)Support tenant migrations, backup & recovery, endpoint management (Intune, MDM, Autopilot) and cloud adoption projectsBuild structured, customer-focused proposals and Statements of Work aligned with commercial objectivesLead customer workshops, demos, and solution presentationsTranslate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositionsContribute to opportunity strategy, objection handling, and deal progressionStay updated on Microsoft ecosystem innovations and market trends
