In collaboration with our R&D and innovation teams, you will seek business development in your respective segment of Engineering Materials. You will grow your customer portfolio, ensure customer satisfaction, contribute to the company’s growth strategy, and have the opportunity to increase our circular solutions. Your responsibilities : Define prospecting targets and develop a new customer portfolio in your segment market (Electric & Electronics or Consumer & Industrial Goods), including healthcare, sport & Leisure, home power tools, water management. Manage key customer relationships, including contract negotiations, closing deals (product choice, pricing, service), managing customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Define and deploy commercial plans and activities. Develop forecasts at the appropriate level of accuracy to enable inventory management, financial performance, and service level achievement for key customers. Support innovation, facilitate product launches, and coordinate new application developments at targeted accounts. How will you get there : You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent, with international sales experience. You speak fluent English and Italian.
