Works alongside the team to meet and exceed customer service expectations. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liPersonalize guest interactions by using their name during conversations. /li liMaintain accurate guest profiles, ensuring compliance with data regulations. /li liStay informed about VIP arrivals and ensure a proper welcome. /li liHandle front desk administrative tasks, including billing and credit card processing. /li liManage guest complaints with professionalism and empathy. /li liCommunicate important information to front desk management. /li liContinuously improve skills and contribute to front desk best practices. /li liSupport the Revenue team by maximizing upselling and cross-selling. /li liEnsure smooth and efficient check-in/check-out processes, including digital check-ins. /li liHandle internal and external guest phone requests when necessary. /li liAct as a hotel ambassador, upholding service standards at all times. /li liAddress guest inquiries and requests efficiently within an acceptable timeframe. /li /ul h3CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liComply with brand standards and operational guidelines. /li liPersonalize guest experiences by anticipating and exceeding expectations. /li liHandle customer incidents and elevate unresolved issues. /li liSupport the hotel’s Sensory Architecture and promote its services, events, and experiences. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liEducation: University degree or vocational training in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar. /li liLanguages: Advanced English; a third language is a plus. /li liExperience: At least 1 year in customer service. /li liSkills: Hotel operations, check-in/out procedures, customer service, complaint handling, organization, and communication. /li /ul h3CONTRACT /h3 ul liFixed-term contract. /li liLevel C2, CCNL Turismo AICA. /li /ul pAt Meliá Hotels International, we are committed to equal opportunities between women and men in the workplace, with the commitment of management and the principles contained in Human Resources policies.
