Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Sales Manager to drive growth and build strong relationships with clients across various markets. The Sales Manager will develop and manage sales strategies, identify opportunities to expand the customer base, and ensure sales targets are achieved or surpassed. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal departments to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in the luxury goods (ready-to-wear & leather goods) & high-end retail sector is a must
* Proven ability in Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Building & Management, and Client Relationship Management
* Proficiency in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Performance Metrics Evaluation
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to lead and inspire a team
* Experience with CRM tools and Sales Reporting Systems
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and organizational skills
