**Missions**:
The Experimental Cocktail Club is hiring his/her new Barman(aid).
Attached to the Bar Manager, your missions are:
- Elaborate cocktails and ensure a quality service to customers.
- Take part of the cocktails service to consistently meet high standards as designed by the Experimental Group.
- Maximise all sales opportunities.
- Interacting with people and ensuring the smooth running of the bar.
- Handle all guest inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner.
- Accompany customers throughout their experience.
- Participate in the improvement of the map by suggesting new creations.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the equipment.
**Profil**:
A Barman/Barmaid is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Experience in a similar role and venue
- Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
- Be well spoken with excellent communication skills
- A passion for cocktail industry
