Our client is a global leader in sustainable chemistry for water intensive industries, with around 5,000 employees, last annual revenue of around €3 billion and a business developed in 100 countries. Its customers include especially industrial and municipal water treatment, and pulp & paper industry operators.
For our client, we are currently seeking a people-oriented and problem-solving Commercial Back-Office.
Your new role
* Assist field sales with internal processes and various activities;
* Cooperate with sales coordinators and product managers in other countries;
* Draft sales documentation, reports, and correspondence;
* Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and assist in resolving customer needs;
* Maintain and use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer master data including price agreements and to track the status of orders and deliveries.
What you'll need to succeed
* High school diploma or equivalent;
* English language is highly mandatory;
* Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is needed;
* Knowledge of Sales Force is needed;
* Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite;
* Strong focus on customer satisfaction, analytical skills, strong judgment, and decision-making skills;
* Creativity and innovation.
