Sales Manager Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary objective is to capture new business opportunities, develop existing relationships, and improve market share.

1. Capture new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, improving their experience and satisfaction levels
3. Align annual sales targets with customer needs, monitoring performance on a monthly basis
4. Negotiate pricing and contract terms, managing credit lines and account receivable collections efficiently
5. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, from pre-sales support to after-sale service
6. Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow by meeting established KPIs
7. Support marketing activities and communication efforts to enhance brand image and reputation
8. Monitor competitors' pricing strategies and NPIs to stay ahead in the market
9. Collaborate with head office teams to gather feedback and support front-line operations
10. Regularly travel to visit clients and prospects in the region
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields
2. Detailed understanding of the distribution PV market
3. At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the PV or renewable energy industry
4. Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset
5. Proven track record of successfully executing sales targets in previous roles
6. PV technical background is an asset
7. Positive attitude, self-motivation, diligence, and team player skills
8. Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence various customer levels
9. Able to learn quickly and think strategically
1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language
2. Ability to travel regularly, including abroad on short notice

This role requires a professional with excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the PV market, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
