Responsibilities
* Responsible for the sales to assigned customers to achieve the yearly sales and profit target.
* Responsible for developing and maintaining the partnership with assigned customers.
* Responsible for the negotiation of annual contracts, pricing, back conditions and commercial strategy with assigned customers.
* Responsible to solve financial and logistics issues with assigned customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers.
* Business development: identify new opportunities, define benchmark and enlarge our business scales.
* Planning the monthly promotion activities and marketing campaigns with assigned customers and ROI analysis of promo plans.
* Inform the organization about opportunities and challenges, prepare counterplans and act as a true market leader.
* Visit key shops frequently to be sure the defined products will be displayed properly.
* Supporting marketing team to increase the islands and improve brand image in stores of assigned customers.
* Analyze and improve the display share and sellout by shops of assigned customers.
* Create clear sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly) of the sales process, status and forecast for the following period.
* Analyze turnover data, collect recent marketing information, and control invoices.
* Compile an ongoing analysis of our market share in each product group by account.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of professional sales experience in MDA industry.
* Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people.
* Self‑motivated and strong work ethic coupled with resilience.
* Outstanding analytical skills and experience in planning and forecasting.
