Head of Marketing and Growth
Role Summary
We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Growth to build and lead the revenue engine for Balloon Museum and the others IP across North America and Europe.
This role owns ticket sales performance end-to-end, including paid media, pricing strategy, conversion optimization, and local demand generation.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will operate more like a GM of revenue, with full accountability for growth across multiple cities. xjrgpwk
Revenue Ownership
Own total ticket revenue performance across all North American exhibitions
Develop and manage revenue forecasts by city, week, and session
Allocate marketing budget dynamically to maximize return
Build and lead a high-performance marketing team (5-person initial pod)
Define channel strategy across paid media, partnerships, PR, and lifecycle
Establish a culture of rapid testing and iteration
Performance & Optimization
Drive CAC, ROAS, and conversion rate improvements
Oversee pricing and yield strategies
Implement weekly performance reviews and optimization cycles
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with operations, ticketing, and global HQ (Rome)
Ensure North American strategy is locally relevant and commercially optimized
Candidate Profile
5-8 years in growth, performance marketing
Experience in D2C, marketplaces, ticketing, or high-volume consumer businesses
Proven ownership of revenue targets ($10M+ scale preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with bias for action
Experience building and leading lean, high-performing teams
Experience in entertainment, live events, ticketing platforms, or high-volume transactional industries (such as travel or hospitality) is a strong plus.
