Who is the talent we need As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store's activities, from sales and visual merchandising to inventory operations, staffing and training. Location Milan – San Babila Jobe Type Full-time How you will contribute Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and increase store sales targets and KPIs Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, visual merchandising, staffing, and training Manage store and inventory : ensuring inventory levels are well-stocked, granting deliveries and transfers between boutiques Scout, train, and manage store staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance Ensure that all staff members provide exceptional customer service and promote Autry's brand and products Manage store expenses and budget, ensuring that the store operates within budget Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maximize sales and brand awareness Attend training sessions and product launches to expand your knowledge of Autry's products and brand Ensure that the store is in line with brand standard, organized, and compliant with all safety and security regulations Manage staff schedules and ensure that the store is appropriately covered to meet customer demand We are looking for someone with Previous experience (minimum 3 years) as a Store Manager in the footwear and / or RTW industries Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong product knowledge and a passion for sneakers Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle high-pressure situations Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Proficient in English (min B2) and second language is a plus What we offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Discounts on Autry products and merchandise A fun and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals.
