Since its opening in 1939, Rosa Alpina has offered its guests an unparalleled base for exploring Italy's Unesco-protected Dolomites, celebrating the history of the property while uniting it with Aman's philosophy. **Role** Under the direct supervision of the Chef, the Chef de Partie is responsible for the operations and administrations relating to a specific “partie”, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established by the hotel or the corporate office. **Responsibilities**
- Understanding Hygiene standard; ingredients, personal hygiene, daily cleaning, deep cleaning, expiry dates, receiving, washing.
- Daily operation control.
- Daily ordering.
- Coaching and training (knowledge, skills, company rules).
- Getting information from Executive Chef and share with the team properly.
- Monitoring and filing.
- Understanding the safety standards.
- Facilitating team meetings on a regular basis. **Requirements**: - Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or equivalent experience.
