Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct field visits to customers, including contractors, rental companies, and industrial clients.
2. Create, manage, and regularly update customer and project data within the CRM/database system.
3. Develop strong customer relationships and maintain reliable communication channels.
4. Identify and pursue business opportunities for Tower cranes, and follow up on sales leads and orders.
5. Collect project, market, and competitor information to support sales promotion and competitive analysis.
6. Work with the team to formulate and implement sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
7. Participate in major project and commercial negotiations to support regional business growth.
8. Assist with financing discussions and support
