About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to design and develop high-performance electronics for embedded and connected products, supporting projects from early concept and feasibility studies through to validation and production release.
This role sits at the core of product development, working closely with firmware, systems, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust, production-ready hardware in industrial and connected device environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop analog and digital circuits for embedded systems
* Create and review schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts
* Perform component selection, derating analysis, and validation
* Support hardware bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis
* Collaborate closely with embedded software engineers during integration
* Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with EMC, signal integrity, and power integrity requirements
* Support prototyping, testing, and transition to manufacturing
* Contribute to documentation including schematics, BoMs, and test reports
Required Experience & Skills
* 5+ years of experience in electronics hardware design
* Strong proficiency with Altium Designer (or similar EDA tools)
* Solid background in mixed-signal design (analog + digital)
* Experience with microcontrollers, power supplies, communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN)
* Understanding of EMC, signal integrity, grounding, and power design principles
* Experience supporting board bring-up and lab debugging
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes and DFM/DFT principles
Nice to Have
* Experience in industrial, automotive, or IoT products
* Knowledge of high-speed interfaces
* Experience with compliance testing
