Our teams are empowered to take ownership, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that create real‑world impact. /p pAs part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced bKey Account Manager (m/f/d) – KSA/GCC Region /b to support strategic initiatives and strengthen our project execution capabilities. /p h3The Role /h3 pThe Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic customer relationships across the bGCC /b, with a primary focus on bKSA /b, to drive revenue growth and long‑term partnerships. This role identifies new business opportunities, executes account strategies, and ensures high customer satisfaction. The position collaborates cross‑functionally, monitors regional market trends, and reports performance to senior leadership. Strong relationship management, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Account Strategy Growth /h3 ul liDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives across GCC, with focus on KSA /li liAnalyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities /li liOwn revenue targets, forecasts, and account budgets /li /ul h3Customer Relationship Management /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners /li liMonitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively /li liExpand business within existing accounts and develop new opportunities /li liPartner closely with Marketing and Customer Service to enhance customer experience /li /ul h3Performance Market Insights /h3 ul liTrack and analyze sales and account performance data /li liPrepare and present forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership /li liMonitor competitor activity and regional market trends /li liUtilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and customer interactions /li /ul h3Product Commercial Excellence /h3 ul liMaintain strong knowledge of products, solutions, and industry developments /li liClearly communicate value propositions to customers /li liProvide structured customer feedback to product and internal stakeholders /li liSupport customer presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions /li liProject teams. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience, including at least 2 years of people management experience (or equivalent leadership exposure) /li liProven experience developing and executing sales or key account strategies /li liStrong proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present persuasively to senior stakeholders /li liStrategic, data‑driven mindset with a test‑and‑learn approach to business and process improvements /li liStrong resource planning skills with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively /li liSolid end‑to‑end project management experience with a track record of delivering measurable results /li liFluency in English and Arabic /li liStrong knowledge of the GCC market, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia (KSA) /li liWillingness to travel extensively across the GCC region /li liExperience in the water or infrastructure sector is beneficial /li /ul h3Why Join Xylem /h3 ul liWork on projects that support critical water infrastructure and sustainability /li liHigh‑impact role with strong organizational visibility /li liCollaborative, innovation‑driven culture /li liOpportunities for professional growth within a global organization /li liAutonomy paired with strong leadership support /li liCompetitive total rewards package that supports employee wellbeing, growth, and work‑life balance, tailored to local market practice /li /ul pFor questions about this position, please contact bWard Barbar /b, Talent Acquisition Partner, Europe, at. /p h3Everyone is Welcome /h3 pXylem is an equal opportunity employer.
