As part of our strategic growth within the high-end yachting market, we are looking for a Business Developer with experience in luxury interiors or yacht furnishings to lead international business development and build strong commercial partnerships.
Main activities
* Develop and strengthen business relationships with shipyards, yacht designers, architects, and interior contractors;
* Identify new business opportunities in key international markets;
* Collaborate with the technical and design teams to deliver customized furnishing solutions aligned with the brand’s image and quality standards;
* Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, presentation, quotation, negotiation, and deal closure;
* Represent the company at major yachting and luxury design trade fairs and events worldwide;
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging client needs to support strategic decisions.
Education & Work Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Interior Design/Architecture or Engineering;
* 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles within the luxury furniture, yachting, or high‑end contract sectors;
* Solid understanding of the yachting industry ecosystem and its key players;
* Availability for national and international travel.

* Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities;
* Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset;
* Long‑term partnership orientation;
* Strong commercial drive, autonomy, and ability to manage complex negotiations;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a refined sense of design and aesthetics;
* Ability to create high‑quality 3D renderings will be considered a plus;
* Fluency in English (spoken and written);
* Passion for luxury design and Made in Italy excellence.
