In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and you will manage all order requests following all steps: from booking till final delivery. Quality, accuracy and service orientation are paramount in this role. The challenge lies in international nature of our customers and the fact that you thoroughly investigate, complete, and edit orders before you can place them. You then process these through our internal systems and production. You are responsible for handling communication with customers, planning of orders, shipping, and archiving.
You are proactively acting to cope all possible setbacks and focus on keep customers updated.
