This role focuses on identifying and converting high-value leads, expanding strategic partnerships, and representing cutting-edge biologics process development and GMP manufacturing capabilities. Your Responsibilities: Represent CDMO services in biologics development and GMP manufacturing Manage full BD cycle: lead generation, opportunity management, and deal execution Identify, target and engage key customers across EMEA generate leads and secure contractual agreements Meet annual sales targets through structured BD activities Collaborate closely with internal Sales, BD & Marketing teams based in Italy Your Profile: Academic degree in life sciences or a related scientific field Several years of experience in CMC roles at biotech companies or CDMOs Proven success in business development and customer engagement Strong industry network across technologies and regions Fluent in English and one additional language Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Agile, open-minded, and data-driven approach to growth and innovation Sounds intriguing?
