To strengthen our ambitious sales team in our Assago office (Italy), you will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.Telematics Business UnitDevelops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry. Teltonika offers an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive product knowledge, and generate significant earnings. In this role, you will:Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and growth opportunities.Generate sales with new clients through cold calling and networking.Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and visits.Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to meet sales goals.Attend exhibitions and meetings to represent Teltonika and its telematics products.Build and maintain a CRM database.Collaborate with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements.What we expect from you:Proven excellence in a Sales Account or relevant sales role with B2B selling experience.Native or highly fluent Italian language skills and excellent English skills (spoken and written).Excellent listening, negotiation, and communication skills.Organized, results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality.Strong presentation and business communication skills.Full Italian driving license and access to your own vehicle.What we offer:Benefit package including unlimited commissions based on performance.Internal training, managerial support, our Academy, and sales team support.Opportunities for internal growth, continuous feedback, and development paths in an expanding company.Targeted training and continuous learning opportunities in a dynamic, meritocratic, and international environment.Engaging projects involving industrial GPS tracking devices.An environment where curiosity is key: sharing knowledge through training courses, conferences, and business trips.A challenging work environment with a cooperation-based internal culture.Flexible work schedules and hybrid work options to support emotional and physical well-being.Salary:We value everyone's efforts and experiences, offering an attractive salary aligned with your skills and expertise.
