Role We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for managing, administering, and optimizing Linux infrastructures (Red Hat and AlmaLinux), as well as supporting Windows Server 2025 environments. The role also includes managing VMware virtualization platforms in Linux environments, installing and configuring application tools, and handling enterprise storage systems (Pure Storage). Key Responsibilities: Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Linux systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AlmaLinux). Management, monitoring, and optimization of virtualized environments on VMware vSphere/ESXi. Installation, configuration, and upgrading of tools and applications. Management and maintenance of enterprise storage systems (Pure Storage). Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, performance tuning. Collaboration with development and network teams to ensure availability, security, and performance. Automation of recurring tasks through scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell). Documentation of procedures and configurations. Required Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, AlmaLinux) Experience with Windows Server DevOps tools: GitHub, GitLab Web servers: NGINX, IIS Containers: Docker, Podman (a plus) Experience with monitoring tools (a plus) Advanced expertise in VMware (installation, configuration, cluster management, vCenter) Experience in managing enterprise storage, preferably Pure Storage Ability to install, configure, and maintain application tools Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall) Scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell) Good command of technical English Red Hat certifications (RHCSA, RHCE) [not compulsory but preferred] VMware certifications (VCP) [not compulsory but preferred] Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE on Windows Server) [not compulsory but preferred] Experience in hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, AD On-Premises) [not compulsory b
