Sales Manager
to drive commercial growth for a portfolio of
luxury train journeys
designed for the world’s most discerning travelers.

, this role will focus on developing international sales strategies, building strong relationships with high-end travel partners, and positioning luxury rail travel as a premier experiential offering worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
:
Develop and execute international sales strategies for luxury train experiences Build and manage relationships with strategic partners Represent the brand at global trade shows and luxury travel events Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with brand positioning Monitor performance, identify market trends, and drive new business opportunities Ensure an exceptional pre-travel experience for elite clientele
What We’re Looking For:
5–7 years of senior sales experience in luxury hospitality or luxury travel Strong international network within the high-end travel ecosystem Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Fluency in English and in Italian.
