Overview
End User Sales Engineer at Schneider Electric is responsible for driving the business growth of key strategic End User customers within the assigned region. This role identifies customers' business needs, focuses on sales growth strategy, and develops customized applications and solutions. The role reports to the Regional Sales Area Manager. Develop industry knowledge and establish ongoing key customer relationships to position Schneider Electric as a supplier of choice, maximize sales potential, and maintain a sales revenue pipeline. Own and manage a diverse portfolio of end-user key accounts, acting as a solution sales advisor, identifying and developing new business opportunities, understanding customers’ needs and strategic directions to identify risks and opportunities. Promote the full Schneider Electric portfolio (Electrical Distribution, Industrial Automation, Building Management System, Services, Software, etc.), developing a team-selling approach and liaising between customers and Schneider functions. Improve customer experience by developing and maintaining profitable relationships with internal and external customers to increase satisfaction. Develop annual business plans for all key customers aligned with the company strategy to drive profitability, volume, and market share to meet or exceed targets.
