Purpose\n\nTo strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonization\n- Responsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territory\n- Independently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiations\n- Build and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantage\n- Analyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group’s value-added solutions\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or Marketing\n- Minimus 3 years’ experience in sales role, ideally in the pharma or machinery and equipment market.\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n- Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel\n- Strong sense of accountability as well commitment\n- Self-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activities\n- Full proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus
