Key Responsibilities

Capture New Business Opportunities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.

This involves developing strategies to target new customers, improve relationships with existing clients, and increase market share.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the distribution PV market and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Developing Customer Relationships:

The Sales Manager will work closely with customers to develop long-term relationships and ensure 100% customer satisfaction from pre-sales support to after-sale service.

This includes providing regular updates on performance, addressing any concerns or issues, and working collaboratively to achieve mutually beneficial goals.

Monitoring Performance:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring performance month-over-month, aligning sales targets with customer expectations, and making adjustments as needed.

This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve results.

Sales Target Achievement:

The Sales Manager is expected to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, increasing revenues, profitability, and cash flow for the company.

This requires a proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles, as well as a strong ability to influence different levels of customers from procurement teams to C-suite executives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields.
* Good understanding of the distribution PV market.
* 3+ years B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry.
* Experience working for multinational companies, with a global mindset.
* Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
* PV technical background is a plus.
* Positive, self-driven, diligent, can-do attitude and a team player.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Fast learner with street smarts.

Additional Requirements:

* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language.
* Able to travel regularly and/or abroad on short notice.
