Our client has created smart scoring boards and AI-powered player analysis systems designed to enhance the padel experience. These solutions help players and clubs with real-time performance tracking, automated match scoring, and professional-grade video analysis — all in an affordable, accessible package.
With the growth of padel across Europe, we’re looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to spread the word and introduce these revolutionary products to padel courts across the region.
Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be more than just a sales person — you’ll be a key ambassador for the future of padel. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with clubs and players, showing them how our client’s technology can transform their game. Your focus will be less on hardcore selling and more on connecting with the padel community, demonstrating the technology, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit padel clubs and courts in your assigned region.
Provide live demonstrations of our client’s Smart Scoring Board and AI Camera Player Analysis system.
Engage with club managers, coaches, and owners to show how the technology improves the padel experience.
Tailor product proposals to suit each club’s needs and help close deals.
Gather feedback to help improve the product and user experience.
Represent the brand with passion, energy, and professionalism, focusing on how the technology benefits the sport and the players.
What You Offer:
A passion for padel or racket sports (this is key!).
Experience in sales or field sales is a big plus (1-2 years preferred), but we’re also open to candidates with at least 6 months of sales experience or relevant education in sports or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships quickly.
A self-motivated and independent mindset.
A tech-savvy attitude — you’ll be comfortable talking about AI and new tech.
Driver’s license and a car — required for traveling to clubs.
Local knowledge of your region or city is a plus.
A network within the local padel community is a bonus!
