Junior Media & Digital Marketing Manager Italy ( F/M/D)
Responsibilities
* Build and execute digital marketing strategies across all touchpoints, including online advertising, social media, website, email and e‑commerce.
* Manage social media channels, SEO activities, influencer collaborations and support the roll‑out of the digital marketing plan for Italy.
* Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with external agencies, setting clear KPIs and ensuring strong ROI on all digital initiatives.
* Manage and optimize the Vileda Web Shop, contributing to online sales growth through promotional plans and dedicated digital activations.
* Develop and implement media plans and manage product and content
* Monitor and analyze digital performance, extracting insights from market trends, customer behaviour and best practices to support business decisions.
* Ensure effective reporting by tracking performance, traffic and conversion KPIs across digital channels.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of digital touchpoints and ensure alignment with brand values and business goals.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, E‑commerce or similar roles prererably within FMCG or consumer‑driven industries.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and understand key digital KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPM, CTR, etc.).
* Hands‑on experience in digital campaign execution, social media management, or e‑commerce operations.
* Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Amazon, CMS tools, etc.) is a plus.
* Creative mindset combined with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders.
* Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
