About Us

Embedded in a group of companies that has been operating successfully since 1989, Smap3D Plant Design is the expert for integrated software solutions for the planning and fabrication of pipelines in mechanical and plant engineering.

We cover the entire process chain from process engineering (P&ID), piping design (3D piping), and isometrics through to fabrication planning and control. Modules for steel construction, simulation, and point cloud processing (3D laser scanning) round off our portfolio. Our design solutions are 100% integrated into CAD systems like Solid Edge, SOLIDWORKS, and Inventor, enabling end-to-end system planning.

With headquarters in Germany and subsidiaries and partners worldwide, our team is dedicated to assisting customers and partners through consulting, implementation, training, and support. Our solutions find application across various industries such as chemicals, beverages, food, pharmaceuticals, hydrogen, and environmental technology, offering significant growth potential.

For our continued growth, we are seeking a Sales Manager for Germany and selected European countries / regions (m / f / d), starting as soon as possible, with the possibility of working from home.

Your Tasks

* Convince interested parties of our software solutions, supported by our marketing team.
* Support and develop existing customers in Germany and selected European countries.
* Research and identify potential new customers and approach them strategically.
* Develop and present tailored solution concepts with the support of our technical consultants.
* Act as a market observer, providing insights and ideas to open new market areas and capitalize on market potential.

Your workplace is primarily your home office, but you may also need to visit clients on-site. We are open to discussing specific regional responsibilities during a personal meeting.

Your Qualifications

1. Positive, confident demeanor with enjoyment in personal interactions.
2. Experience in software sales or an affinity for digital products / services is preferred.
3. Solution-oriented thinking with an understanding of technical processes and challenges.
4. Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
5. High motivation, negotiation, and closing skills.
6. Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
