Conduct Consultative Sales
~ Adopt a Proactive Sales Approach
~ Actively engage new customers and drive sales of B&O’s “Staged” products by showcasing the brand’s unique value and lifestyle integration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with design professionals. Provide expert guidance on incorporating B&O products into residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring seamless integration of technology and aesthetics.
Apply best-in-class sales techniques and solution-based selling to meet customer expectations and project requirements.
Uphold B&O’s brand standards in all aspects of showroom presentation, customer interaction, and operational procedures.
Relevant working experience in similar positions will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of IT products, home appliances, audio and video systems is a plus
Experience is selling premium or luxury goods
Fluent Italian & English
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, proactive sales approach
