Job Description:
Gi Group S.p.A., an authorized employment agency (Aut. Min. 26/11/04 Prot. N. 1101-SG), Saronno branch, is seeking a Support Teacher (Docente di Sostegno) for a client company.
The main responsibilities include:
1. Preparing dynamic and functional profiles and individualized educational plans for each student;
2. Maintaining contact and coordinating relationships with families, teaching teams, external specialists, and local support networks;
3. Identifying, coordinating, and implementing educational and training interventions related to rehabilitation, socialization, or other specific activities;
4. Supporting student learning both in the classroom and in laboratories, using diversified teaching methodologies tailored to individual needs, including technical tools, both in person and via DAD, and participating in class councils or other collegial meetings;
5. Supervising and monitoring training and social management plans, coordinating educational processes, and organizing related activities;
6. Participating in initiatives aimed at improving service quality and fostering methodological and didactic innovation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in similar roles;
* Degree in education or related fields.
Contract details:
* Temporary employment from 01/09 to 31/12;
* Part-time, 18 hours per week, daytime schedule, Level Ex C1;
* Location: Cesate (MI), Italy.
