Client: Hanwha Vision Europe
Location: South Italy, ideally in the Milan area or nearby, with extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha and increase sales.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision-makers to drive growth.
* Engage in strategic planning and coordinate with the Product Management team to position products effectively.
* Manage and develop network of partners within the Hanwha channel partner program.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within vertical markets.
* Consult with end users, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on products.
* Develop project pipelines, increase revenue, and report regularly on progress.
* Analyze customer data, segment markets, and contribute to marketing strategies.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and meet budgets and targets.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven sales/business development experience in a demanding environment.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with experience presenting solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
* Market knowledge, especially in electronic security, IT, and Networking.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to achieve targets.
* Team player with good organization, judgment, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Valid driving license.
