To strengthen our Corporate Sales team, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will actively contribute to the development of the B2B market, transforming opportunities into successful commercial agreements. This is a key role with high strategic impact and the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the growth of the corporate business.
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing sales strategies in the assigned territory for the B2B market. The main objective is to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients. The main responsibilities include:
* Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and market share targets.
* Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, lead generation, and active prospecting.
* Manage the sales pipeline proactively, from lead generation through to negotiation and contract closing.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing portfolio clients, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and long term value.
* Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and competitive analysis.
* Negotiate commercial agreements with corporate clients.
* Monitor market trends and industry developments, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
Minimum requirements:
* English proficiency required and Italian lenguage native.
* At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales within the car rental industry.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Results oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
* Availability to travel within the assigned area.
