Position Overview
This position is focused on supporting the design and engineering of a cloud-based system intended to replace a core application currently operating on a mainframe environment. The successful applicant will manage user requirements, translate them for both UI/UX and development teams, and play a pivotal role in driving modernization initiatives as a key technical resource.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture high-level requirements and business objectives.
Map current and future user flows to identify gaps and opportunities.
Perform competitive analysis to inform design and strategic decisions.
Assess the impact of new features on existing systems and processes.
Facilitate working sessions and workshops to collaboratively define experiential requirements.
Prepare feature strategy presentations to clearly communicate value and rationale.
Present experiential and functional requirements to diverse stakeholder groups, including internal design teams, development teams, and decision makers.
Create comprehensive requirement documentation outlining feature goals, use cases, and critical focus areas.
