In this role you lead the Sports Medicine business for Northern Italy within the Endoscopy division, guiding a regional sales team to accelerate growth and strengthen hospital partnerships. You will develop talent, manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, and shape regional commercial strategy. Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years total professional experience
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding commercial targets
- Experience in Medical Devices, preferably Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Implants, or operating theatre
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
- Experience leading through influence, coaching, and people development
- Commercial and financial acumen with strong business planning
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Capital sales experience is a plus
- English proficiency
