This position is ideal for a high‑performing sales professional with a proven track record of selling to high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate decision makers. The applicant will have a track record of leading and motivating a sales team. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liMeet or exceed assigned sales goals for all Suite and Premium Hospitality products. /li liCreate and develop new business by regularly pitching new prospects through virtual presentations, external appointments, phone prospecting, social selling and events. /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, corporate partners and high‑net‑worth individuals to drive premium sales. /li liEffectively follow up with customers and prospective customers in order to build relationships to help drive business and to meet excellent customer service requirements. /li liEffectively handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales products. /li liAttend outside events with the purpose of selling, networking, gathering leads and prospects. /li liContribute positively to a competitive sales team culture and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions. /li liMaintain an updated pipeline of potential buyers in the CRM system, accurately tracking interactions, follow‑ups and deal progress. /li liRepresent Venezia, Elevate and other partners professionally. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 pThe qualifications listed below represent the credentials necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree or equivalent. /li liMinimum of 4‑5 years of sales experience in professional sports, entertainment or hospitality industries. /li liProven ability to sell high‑end hospitality packages, luxury suites or premium seating products with a strong closing record. /li liProven ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate with C‑level clients. /li liFluency in bItalian and English is mandatory /b; additional languages are an advantage. /li liCandidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills. /li liProficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. /li liPrevious working experience with Salesforce or Microsoft CRM is a plus. /li /ul h3B.
