PpThe Product Development Manager leads and supervises the entire development process of leather goods collections. They are the point of reference for the Creative Direction, ensuring that each model reflects the identity and quality standards of our Maison. /ph3Job responsibilities /h3h3Employee Management /h3h3Development Process Management /h3ulliTranslate creative drawings into detailed technical datasheets and accurate bills of materials. /li /ulh3Quality Control and Technical Fitting /h3ulliConduct technical reviews of prototypes, identifying critical issues and proposing improvements. /liliEnsure high quality standards, typical of the luxury segment. /liliValidate product functionality (structure, weights, volumes, wearability). /liliCollaborate with industrialization to optimize processes, costs, and timelines. /liliSupervise the fine‑tuning of models for mass production. /liliGuarantee replicability, precision, and adherence to technical specifications. /li /ulh3Interfunctional Relationships /h3ulliInterface with style, production, and external suppliers. /liliParticipate in collection progress meetings and prototype review sessions. /li /ulh3Strategy /h3ulliAesthetic sensibility combined with solid technical expertise. /liliArtisanal vision and ability to innovate materials and constructions. /liliPrecision, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. /liliProactive attitude oriented towards continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Key Tasks /h3ulliAnalyze data and identify areas for improvement. /liliPropose corrective actions and process optimization plans. /liliPresent periodic reports to the Creative Direction, Product Development, and Production. /liliGuide the team towards a culture oriented towards measurement and continuous improvement. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliConsolidated experience (7-10 years) in the leather goods product development sector. /liliQuality-oriented and strong attention to detail. /liliManagerial skills: leadership, organization, priority management, and interfunctional collaboration. • Analytical skills to monitor KPIs (lead time, prototype conformity, costs, team efficiency, supplier performance). /liliGood communication skills and ability to interface with style, product development, production, and suppliers. /li /ulp"Whatever you do – whether for work or pleasure – do it with passion!
