Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating compelling job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, internal referrals, etc.), Oversee the full onboarding procedure for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, assisting new employees with paperwork (contracts, tax forms, company policies), introducing them to team members and company culture, and following up post-onboarding to ensure successful integration into the team and role.Monthly Attendance Management: Responsible for monthly employee attendance tracking, including recording working hours, monitoring absences (sick leave, vacation, personal leave), verifying attendance data for accuracy, resolving attendance-related discrepancies, and preparing monthly attendance reports for payroll and management review.Employee Training: Coordinate employee training initiatives, including identifying training needs in collaboration with department managers, researching and selecting training providers or materials, scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to support employee development and organizational goals.Daily HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records (electronic and physical), updating HR databases, assisting with employee relations matters (e.conflict resolution, performance feedback coordination), and supporting other HR projects as assigned (e.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of proven experience in an HR role, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations; Familiarity with Italian labor laws and regulations (e.CCNL) and HR best practices in Italy is highly preferred.Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Italian; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.HRIS, ATS) is desirable.
