Your tasks: - Proactive customer acquisition and establishment of new business relationships with decision makers i.e. banks, advisers, corporates while focusing on the commercial real estate investment and corporate finance market (M&A, Private Equity) in Italy - Sales of software solutions for dealing with confidential information - Build our customer base by prospecting, networking and hunting to generate new logos, strategic sales, support and development of key accounts - Presentations, creating and following-up on offers, contract negotiations directly with decision makers - Participating and networking at trade fairs, congresses, and events - Documentation of activities in company CRM Your Profile: - Proven track record in driving the full sales cycle from start to finish: cold calling, building pipelines and closing - Track record in generating new logos - Good at forecasting and envisioning potential business - Stress tolerance, someone able to work in competitive markets and make a difference, able to build strong relationships, creative in the sense of thinking out of the box due to the particularities of the markets - Experience in sales of software solutions in the area of real estate/transaction services or another relevant industry desirable - Industry knowledge in the areas of software, pre-sales, SaaS - Italian on a native level, fluent English skills Our Benefits: In Addition to our committed support of our employees, our diverse, fun and inclusive workplace as well as individual on-boarding program, we offer a variety of local benefits, relocation packages and learning opportunities.
