Plan & Manage Accounts: Create and maintain account plans with clear goals, forecasts, and budgets.
Keep them updated based on market and customer developments.
Build Customer Relationships: Engage with customers through regular visits and communication.
Act as a reliable partner, ensuring follow-up and support.
Drive New Business: Identify opportunities, connect with new clients, and turn leads into long-term partnerships.
Analyze Market Needs: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Share insights with internal teams.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal departments and external partners to support customer success.
Report & Communicate: Prepare regular reports that combine data and insights, following company guidelines.
