The store is open Monday–Saturday with standard shop hours. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive Growth Sales: Engage every customer who walks in — educate, build trust, and close the sale. Hit and exceed sales targets by generating repeat business, referrals, and local excitement. Spot opportunities for growth and take action. /li liOwn the Customer Experience: Act as the in-store crypto expert and trusted guide. Deliver a smooth, friendly, and transparent experience every time. Build long-term relationships that create loyal, returning customers. Provide remote customer support (phone, chat, ticketing) when needed. Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience and optimize service processes. /li liOperate with Excellence: Handle compliant and accurate transactions with care and precision. Keep the store running smoothly, organized, and visually sharp; take responsibility for opening, closing, and maintaining the store’s presentation and standards. Maintain logs of leads, follow‑ups, customer interactions, and sales activity. Carry out back‑office activities: data entry, updating records, handling requests. /li liBuild Community: Represent CoinFlip at local events, meetups, and community activities. Help establish CoinFlip as a trusted name in the Milan crypto ecosystem.
