Successful applicants will gain a highly competitive salary, full training, and a range of benefits.JOB PURPOSEThe prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions that will drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential to present Future’s value proposition convincingly, demonstrate the company’s full capabilities, and secure business opportunities.What the role involves:Develop global strategies and implement site tactics in conjunction with regional and branch personnel to drive revenue and increase gross profit margins.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges; formulate regional and branch strategies to foster growth.
