Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive growth for the Endoscopy franchise in Italy by translating market and competitive insights into strategic and tactical marketing plans that align with the overall franchise goals. You will work cross-functionally with sales, clinical specialists, and international teams to execute physician education, launch strategies, and targeted marketing campaigns. The position combines field execution, relationship building with key opinion leaders, and data-driven planning to optimize revenue and market presence. A strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, innovative marketing approaches, and regulatory/quality awareness anchors the role.

- Develop and execute post-market and strategic marketing plans aligned with franchise goals.
- Identify clinical/market trends and propose new product/marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate physician training and education programs and support field execution of customer journeys.
- Lead competitive analysis and product launch strategies in collaboration with international and local teams.
- Create promotional activities and materials; plan professional conference strategies and participate in customer events.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, sales teams, regulatory, finance, tender, and international marketing teams.
- Manage franchise budget and track financial performance to hit revenue objectives.
- Develop downstream sales tools and digital marketing initiatives to optimize campaigns.
Responsabilità
- 3+ years in medical devices marketing (endoscopy preferred).
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to deliver metrics-driven results and innovative solutions.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
