We are currently seeking a Commercial Product Specialist Large Farming to support the growth and development of our Large Daires concept across South Eastern Europe and Turkey
.
Your Role
As Commercial Product Specialist Large Farming you will play a crucial role in supporting our Lely Centers Network in SEET region. You will act as the go-to person for commercial aspects related to the Large Farming proposition and you will also contribute to the development of marketing campaigns.
You travel regularly within the SEET geographical area to maintain close relationships with cluster teams and Lely Center Network. You will be part of the Business Team Milking of the cluster SEET reporting to Manager Proposition Milking.
Key responsibilities :
- Support our Lely Center in Large Dairies Business to drive adoption of robotics and increase market share in their area;
- Visit Large dairy farmers with the Lely Center Sales advisor to enable Sales team to gain a professional approach during farm visits;
- Ensure Sales teams in the Lely Center actively use the CRM tool
- Trains Lely Center team on Lely propositions and sales tools in strong cooperation with Cluster colleagues of other departments
- Support organizing events and activities targeted on Large
- Periodically connect with International colleagues to align on contents and tools to be delivered in the field
Qualifications
- You have preferably covered a commercial role within agriculture/food related companies
- You speak, write and present in English and Italian fluently
- Good presentation skills and experience delivering training
- Team player: collaborative, proactive, and supportive of other departments;
- You are willing to travel, both nationally and internationally, to maintain strong connections with teams and partners.

Our Cluster
Our cluster is in Colturano (MI) and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiast team, consisting of 40 people distributed between Colturano office and Istanbul branch office. xlwpduy
