Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences. Lead, train, and motivate a large, multicultural team. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase visibility and guest engagement. Ensure consistent adherence to fine dining service and culinary standards. Build strong guest relationships, with a focus on VIPs and repeat clientele. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership on menu development and innovation. Analyze performance data, guest feedback, and prepare operational and financial reports.
