Role Description
We are seeking a refined and experienced Waiter / Waitress to join the restaurant team of Palazzo
Daniele, a 5-star property where design, art, and hospitality meet in a warm and timeless atmosphere.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining, an innate sense of elegance,
and a natural ability to make guests feel at home. You anticipate needs before they arise, understand
rhythm and discretion in service, and express genuine care through every detail.
You will guide guests through dishes, wines, and experiences with poise and authenticity, creating
meaningful moments that reflect the Palazzo’s understated sophistication and soulful character.
This role suits someone who thrives in intimate, design-led settings, where hospitality is an art form —
graceful, thoughtful, and human.
Main Responsibilities
● Welcome and accompany guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner with warmth, professionalism,
and impeccable presentation.
● Present menus and describe daily dishes and ingredients with accuracy, confidence, and genuine
enthusiasm.
● Recommend wines, beverages, and experiences aligned with the Palazzo’s philosophy of
uncomplicated luxury.
● Ensure the dining area is always immaculate, harmonious, and visually refined.
● Serve dishes and drinks with precision, timing, and discretion.
● Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication
and flawless service.
● Contribute to an atmosphere that is authentic, convivial, and elegant.
● Uphold hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
Requirements
● Previous experience in luxury restaurants or 5-star hotels is essential.
● Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
● Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and Italian wine culture.
● Excellent communication and refined selling skills, grounded in empathy and intuition.
● Positive, flexible, and discreet demeanor with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
● Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
● Full availability for the season (April – October 2026).
