The role:
The role is part of astructuredsuccession planof ***** months, with the objective of graduallytaking over responsibilitiesfrom a senior commercial colleague.
The position includes aprogressive onboardingand shadowing phase, alongsideincreasing autonomyin developing new business opportunities.
Key activities:
Support the management of an existing portfolio of customers and distributors, alongside a senior commercial colleague
Gradually develop new business opportunities in the Italian and international markets
Work closely with technical and production teams
What we're looking for:
5+ years experience in sales roles
Previous experience in the plastics industry is a strong plus
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
