The role We are looking for an Ice Cream National Account Manager that is responsible for developing and executing channel plans, coordinating internal teams, and managing commercial relationships with the customer. What you'll be responsible for: Negotiations: Plan, manage, and lead negotiations Planning: Develop full year plans and monitor the progress Sales: Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution and support the commercial expansion of the discount channel. Promotions: Manage promotional programs defined by the Trade Marketing for the Concessionaries managed Customer needs: Understand customer needs and requirements Client retention: Develop and implement long-term strategies to retain clients Customer service: Resolve customer complaints promptly Internal communications: Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams We're looking for someone who: Strong result orientation Excellent interpersonal skills Proactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentality Problem solving and flexible reasoning Dynamism Ability to work in a team Bachelor/Master graduates in Economics or related disciplines Minimum 7/8 years of experience in the sales business Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisat Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working What you'll get: Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes Market-competitive pay (range: € 49.600 - € 77.500 ) and performance-related rewards Flexible ways of working Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work Time off to rest and recharge Ongoing learning and development opportunities TMICC Why join us?
