Monitor market trends to contribute to the development of our productsCollaborate with other key C-level managers (Sales Manager, CTO, etc.) to develop new products/servicesEngage the sales team with a data-driven approachDevelop a detailed and efficient plan for the launch of each new productCollect market feedback, relaying needs to the technical development team.
Proven track record in the role (at least 2 years) preferably within Tech startups with strong focus on hardware-based products, industrial/robotics markets and experience towards service-based business modelsM.Sc. or equivalent degreeIn-depth understanding of product or product line being communicatedAbility to break down technical features into customer benefits, identify the unique selling proposition, and translate it into understandable languageMarket understanding: ability to collect and analyze market data, identify customer needs, and detect industry trends with the aim of developing an effective product positioning strategyExcellent communicator: must be able to dictate the direction of clear and engaging messages for different audiencesSelf-motivated, proactive and target-orientedAbility to work across functions collaborating with different departmentsFluent in English (written and verbal).
